Jiu-Jitsu No Gi - 30 minutes of technique followed by 30 minutes of ‘rolling’ (live sparring) wearing the a t-shirt/ rash guard with board shorts/athletic shorts.
Wrestling – 60 minutes of wrestling technique.
Boxing – 60 minutes of boxing technique, bag and mitt work. Sometimes includes sparring.
Muay Thai Kickboxing – Equipped with 16 oz boxing gloves, shin pads, hand wraps, mouthpiece, and jump ropes, students learn a blend of boxing, kickboxing and Muay Thai.
Strength Conditioning - 60 minutes of circuit training designed to improve strength and muscular endurance.
Kids Classes – Jiu-Jitsu instruction for children ages 12 and under.
