Cobra Kai Classes

 

Jiu-Jitsu Gi – 30 minutes of technique followed by 30 minutes of ‘rolling’ (live sparring) wearing the traditional Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu gi.

Jiu-Jitsu No Gi – 30 minutes of technique followed by 30 minutes of ‘rolling’ (live sparring) wearing the a t-shirt/ rash guard with board shorts/athletic shorts.

Boxing – 60 minutes of boxing technique, bag and mitt work. Sometimes includes sparring.
